Implement best practices and coding standards for all tech projects.

Oversee software testing, especially automated tests.

Develop technical features and work on identifying the project risk and plan mitigation actions.

 Own and manage customer experience for a business-critical feature group. 

Constantly identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Work closely with the tech team and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Manage product roadmap to deliver value to business and customers across multiple channels and platforms.

Lead the strategic development and delivery of learning experiences at all levels.

Effectively manage and scale our global learning and development team.

Apply innovative solutions to bring complex content to life.

Develop, design and deliver strong training programs for our web and mobile app platforms.

  Design integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.  

  Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates.  

  Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans.  

  Monitor and report campaign performance across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views and leads.  

Create hiring pipelines and attract talent, on-board, lead stand-ups with existing workforce. 

 Know HR process and must be highly confident 

 Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.

  At least 5 years minimum experience in space.

Responsible primarily for improving the mentor experience.

Take end-to-end ownership of mentor relationship management.

Own and maintain metrics to measure the health of the mentor community.

Be the advocate for mentors and help shape the development of policy, operations and our platforms.
